Ogad Singh is today's Cunt of the Day.

News today from the village fo Dungarji in Rajasthan, India where Singh has handed himself into authorities after beheading his daughter with a sword and parading her severed head through the village.

Singh's 20 year old daughter, Manju Kunwar, had apparently displeased her father with her lifestyle and "indecent" behaviour which, according to the Telegraph, consisted of a series of affairs and eloping with a man.

It's hard to find the part of this story that makes the father so angry that he cuts off his daughter's head. Evidently, some Indians are having trouble coming to terms with more modern attitudes towards how women should behave and the choices they make. Killing your own daughter, however, is a heinous fucking thing to do and we can but hope that Singh's treatment in the courts is severe enough to send a message to other traditionalist assholes who use violence to vent such frustrations.
