July 22nd 2010 - Keir Starmer and the Crown Prosecution Service

Keir Starmer and the UK's Crown Prosecution Service are today's Cunts of the Day.

We have waited patiently for almost 16 months since the death of Ian Tomlinson for a decision from the Crown Prosecution Service on whether or not the police officer who assaulted Tomlinson would face charges. Today the worst fears of Tomlinson's family, and those of the public at large, have been realized with the announcement that the police officer, Cuntstable Simon Harwood, will not face criminal charges.

So there you have it folks, the cops in the UK can do what the fuck they want because the law does not appear to apply to them. At the end of March, District Judge Daphne Wickham made Cunt of the Day for clearing Sgt Delroy Smellie of assaulting a protester at the G20 although video evidence appeared to show an unquestionable assault.

Similarly, in the case of Tomlinson, there is no doubt that Cuntstable Harwood pushed him over for no apparent reason, but Keir Starmer has decided that there is no connection between the unprovoked shove and Tomlinson's death minutes later. Watch Harwood living up to the Met's motto and working for a safer London:

Don't think for a fucking minute that if a civilian had pushed Tomlinson in that way that charges would not have been brought and a jury would have decided what role the shove had played in his death; and the decision to bring charges would have been a lot fucking faster than 16 months.

Whatever the finer points of the law on this, Tomlinson's family do not care, and neither do most normal people. Why is that? Because they are too busy being fucking sick at the idea of there being one law for the people, and a very different law applied to the police.

Today's announcement is a fucking disgrace and a kick in the balls to all that is good, right, decent and fair, as the UK takes one more step on the path to becoming a police state.

Shame on the CPS, shame on Keir Starmer, and shame on Simon Harwood.

Sponsored by people who are pleased to hear that Nick Griffin was barred from Buckingham Palace today. Whatever your opinion of the royal family, the notion of a piece of shit like Griffin associating with Queenie is fucking wrong. Get back in your kennel Griffin, you hatefilled turdball.

This is the day that justice died. I'm ashamed to be British today. PC SIMON
HARWOOD IS A MURDERER. he must pay for his actions. An eye for an eye.

What an utter disgrace that a British citizen can't walk through the streets of
his own country, going about his lawful business, without a Police Officer
assaulting him with absolute impugnity. It makes me feel sick

Nick Griffin is a pathetic, small-minded, racist, homophobe, as anyone who
watched his Question Time appearance could plainly see. But don't seek to
censor him. If you do, he makes political capital from it and it entrenches the
views of the morons that follow him that they are being discriminated against.
Whether you like it or not, he is an MEP. Freedom of speech and association are
rights for everyone, not just the people we agree with. Let him air is
half-baked ideas for all right-thinking people to see what a complete twat he
is. Give him enough rope and he will surely hang himself. Thick rope mind,
judging by his girth.
